2. What we sell
We sell used and reconditioned vehicle parts recovered from end-of-life vehicles we dismantle, and — where indicated — new aftermarket parts. Each listing states the condition of the part and the donor vehicle it was removed from, where that information is available.
Photographs show the actual part offered unless the listing says otherwise. Minor cosmetic wear consistent with a used part is normal and is not a defect.
Compatibility references (OEM numbers, vehicle applications) are given in good faith as a guide. You remain responsible for confirming that a part fits your vehicle before fitting it — please check with us if you are unsure.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in the currency selected on the site and include VAT where applicable. Many used parts are sold under the second-hand goods margin scheme, in which case VAT is not shown separately on the invoice; the applicable treatment is stated on your invoice.
The delivery cost is calculated and shown in full before you confirm your order. No charge is added after that point.
4. How the contract is concluded
Ordering follows these technical steps: you add parts to the basket, open the checkout, enter your billing and delivery details, choose a payment and delivery method, review the complete order summary, and confirm by pressing the order button. Pressing it places an order with an obligation to pay.
You can correct input errors at any point before that: the basket can be edited or emptied, and every field on the checkout page can be changed until you confirm.
The contract is concluded when we send you the order confirmation by email. That email, together with these Terms, records your contract; we recommend saving it. This page can be printed or saved at any time, and your orders remain available in your account.
Contracts may be concluded in any language offered by the language selector on this site.
5. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we never receive or store your card details. Where payment by bank transfer is chosen, the order is prepared once the funds are received.
6. Delivery
Delivery options, costs and timescales are set out in our Delivery Policy. Unless a different period is agreed, we deliver no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.
7. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. How to exercise it, and what happens next, is set out in full in our Withdrawal and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Legal guarantee of conformity
We are liable to consumers for any lack of conformity existing at delivery, under the following legislation: Government Emergency Ordinance 140/2021 (Directive (EU) 2019/771). The legal guarantee runs for 2 years from delivery.
If a part is not as described or is not fit for its normal purpose, you may ask for it to be replaced or repaired and, where that is impossible or disproportionate, for a price reduction or termination of the contract with a refund. This right is free of charge and is separate from, and additional to, the right of withdrawal.
The guarantee does not cover wear from normal use after delivery, damage caused by incorrect fitting or use, or a part that failed because it was fitted to a vehicle it was not intended for.
9. Complaints and dispute resolution
Please send complaints to yard@leafminder.eu or telephone [to be completed]. We acknowledge every complaint within 5 working days and aim to resolve it within 30 days, keeping you informed if more time is needed.
If we cannot resolve it together, you may use alternative dispute resolution (SAL) through the National Authority for Consumer Protection, anpc.ro/ce-este-sal · reclamatiisal.anpc.ro. Your right to go to court is unaffected.
10. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law — in particular, a consumer's statutory rights are never restricted.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, and we will tell you promptly if one occurs.
11. Personal data
How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.
12. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your own country.
We may amend these Terms; the version published on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
